Mr. Bogener is a seasoned attorney with a practice emphasis on civil litigation. He has handled legal issues pertaining to breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, personal injury, and real property matters. He has also provided legal counsel to local municipalities in the Northern California area.
Aaron W. Moore is a partner at the firm with an emphasis on business and real estate law. He began his career in general civil litigation and has experience in a variety of topics, including employment, trust litigation, and transactional work including business formation and contracts, and real estate.
Ms. Simonsen is a legal assistant with extensive knowledge and experience in the area of litigation. She has worked with the firm’s attorneys for years as a trusted and reliable team member in all matters pertinent to the firm, including assisting in the preparation of trial presentation and graphics that are instrumental to our trial success.
In her spare time, Ms. Simonsen enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying recreational opportunities abundant to Northern California.
Mr. Ricks began practicing law in 2017. He graduated from CSU Chico in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Geology, and graduated from Cal Northern School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Ricks was recognized for his performance in the subject of Real Property. While attending law school, Mr. Ricks worked for the Central Valley Water Board, in addition to internships with the Shasta County Public Defender and State Fund’s legal department. Mr. Ricks is a Shasta County native, and lives here with his wife and son. He enjoys snowboarding, camping, and spending time with his family.
